That superhuman dude is looking at that gnome lady's ass. I bet when humans evolve to that point there will be a big market for gnome porn. We may not have penises though.
Have you looked into transhumanism? A lot of this silliness about reliance on prosthetics making humans weak is just that - silliness. There's no real reason to believe that evolution will proceed as it always has in the face of human changes to humanity itself.
