Socialist Principle #3: All must suffer equally

Here's a great example of the socialist doctrine that if one must suffer in some way, all must suffer along with him...on top of other idiocy as well. Under socialist doctrine, you can't even give away something unless everyone wants it. At least the court got it right though.
